25 meter Sled Push (as heavy as possible )
20 Alternating Lunges
Rest 2 minutes
This workout consists of 25m sled push followed by 20 lunges, repeated 8 times. The key to this workout is to make the sled as heavy as possible so the following bodyweight lunges feel heavy as well. After each round, rest for 2-3 minutes. Use the first round to find a suitable weight, and try to maintain this for the entire 8 rounds.
Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Alternating Lunges is completed and the weight used for the Sled Push.
