Your Score is the time on the clock when the 1,500 meter Run is completed.

Tips and Strategy: Zeppelin starts with a 1,500 meter Run, which you shouldn’t take too hard as your legs will still need enough power to complete the 100 Wall Ball Shots. An extra challenge for your legs comes with the following 80 Alternating Lunges. These must always be done alternately, meaning you will do 40 Lunges per leg. The Sit-Ups at the end will be your cool down.

Scaling Options: If the given variation is too hard for you, scale “Zeppelin” by making half of both the distance and repetitions.
