Time Cap: 40 minutes
With a running clock, as fast as possible Run 5,000 meters. Every 3 minutes, perform 10 Burpees, 10 Plank Push-Ups, and 10 Lunges.
Your Score is the time on the clock when the 5,000 meter Run is completed.
Movement Standards: Plank Push-Up: From an Elbow Plank position, plant both of your hands to the ground for a full Plank Hold and then go back to the Elbow Plank.
Scaling Options: If the given variation is too hard for you, scale “Carey” by Running 3,000 meters instead of 5,000 meters.
