Time Cap: 45 minutes

With a running clock, as fast as possible perform the prescribed work in the order written for 3 rounds.

Your Score is the time on the clock when the last round of Push-Ups are complete.

Tips and Strategy: Braxton combines running with Weighted Step-Ups and Push-Ups. While running will take up most of the time, it is critical that you divide the Push-Ups into small sets.

The time cap for Braxton is 45 minutes.

Scaling Options: You can scale Braxton by decreasing the running distance and reps into half.
