Baker is a HYROX Doubles workout that you should complete in a 2-person-team. Baker consists of 3 parts that you should complete one after another. Between part A and part B as well as B and C you have 2 minutes rest.
This is how Baker works:
Part A:
Player 1 (P1) runs 1,000m while P2 does Burpee Broad Jumps. Once P1 returns from the run, P2 switches exercises, and P2 runs 1,000m while P1 does Burpee Broad Jumps. After P2 completes 1,000m, you rest for 2 Minutes.Â
Part B and C follow the same pattern.Â
Your Score is the time on the clock when the last 1,000 meter Run is completed.
Scaling Option:Â Reduce all running distances by half.
