The Low Down:

This is a 2 player HYROX Doubles-style endurance workout!

Use the “YGIG” (You Go, I Go) principle:
While Partner 1 works, Partner 2 rests. Switch whenever needed.

✅ Complete the full distance/reps for each movement before moving on to the next.

✅ Recommended splits:
 • 250m intervals for the Ski and Row
 • 5–7 reps for Burpee Broad Jumps

Scoring:
Total number of rounds completed before the 30-minute clock stops.

Goal:
Find a consistent pace and communicate your transitions. Smooth exchanges and rhythm are key—just like in the HYROX Doubles race.

Scaling Option:
Reduce all distances and reps by 50% or lower the total AMRAP duration to 20 minutes.
